Mr. Tim Briand - CLU, CHS, TEP  

Tim Briand is a Regional Life Manager for Wawanesa Life, and has spent the past 7 years working with the Wawanesa Life Marketing and Sales team in enhancing the value added in their offerings to their broker network. He has worked with insurance brokers to help them better comprehend sophisticated planning strategies and his primary focus is driving the understanding of the many ways life insurance should and can be used in estate and tax planning.

Tim attended the Swartz School of Business majoring in Sales and Marketing, obtained his CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation in 2012, his CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist) designation in 2014, and his TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) Designation in 2014. Having had the opportunity to live all across Canada has afforded him the opportunity to learn from many great minds while acquiring a unique perspective for many of today’s estate planning problems.
