Mr. Victor Logan

Born and educated in England, Victor immigrated to Canada in the late 70’s and began his career in the financial services industry in 1984. After achieving MDRT as an agent, he went into management and was a successful Agency Manager with North American Life and Crown Life. In 1998, he began to specialize in the Private Health Services Plan and the Health & Welfare Trust, and has pioneered this concept across Canada. He is currently the President, Marketing and Technical Director for WinFlex Health Solutions Inc. and is one of Canada’s experts in the HWT/PHSP area.
