Steve Basler


	Steve Basler Master Mentor Steve Basler launched his insurance career in 2002 with a regional multi-line captive insurance company that operated across 15 states in the South and Midwest. By June 2003, he became the youngest sales manager in the company, successfully leading a team of 18 agents. Under his leadership, the territory, which had been the lowest producing in Tennessee, transformed into the highest-performing area by 2007. In July 2007, Steve transitioned back to the agency force, beginning as an intern with the nation’s largest captive multi-line insurance provider. He opened his first agency in October 2009, followed by a second office in 2015, and a third office in August 2021. As an award-winning agent, he has ranked among the top 50 agents in the company 18 times, including achieving top 10 status twice out of 19,500 agencies in various financial services categories. He is also a 14-time MDRT qualifier, achieving Top of the Table recognition and placing him among the highest-performing financial professionals in the industry. Since 2009, Steve has utilized the Circle of Wealth® program and since 2013, he has voluntarily taught alongside Don Blanton. In 2023, he founded Basler Academy, where, under a licensing agreement with MoneyTrax, he teaches producers and team members the concepts of the Circle of Wealth® and how to apply them within their agencies. Residing just outside Denver, Colorado, Steve enjoys life with his wife, Julie, and is the proud father of two daughters.
